Finding Your Cool Episode 1

Forgiveness is not the easiest thing for us, but sometimes it's the right road to take. This episode is deep and personal, I hope you enjoy it.

Episode 2: Learning to Forgive

This episode will focus on fear & failure and how they go hand in hand. Why do we let fear of failure (and fear in general) take control of out decision making? Why do we let it stop some of us from pursuing what would make us happy? Listen and find out my views on why and how we can over come it. 

(There are some cuss words in this episode (sorry) just in case some younger ears are nearby listening in, I don't want it to take you by surprise.)

In this episode we focus on kindness and why does this world tend to underestimate strength and power that comes with kindness.

In this episode we talk about moments of sadness, anger, frustration and depression and how do should we deal with it? Have you cried lately, if you have it’s okay. Let it out, we are in this together. 

F.Y.I This episode was recorded a few weeks ago before the Coronavirus Pandemic hit us here in the U.S. Still this episode could help many of us who are dealing with the subject of sadness and being away from our families/friends/or activities that make us happy.

Episode 5: It’s okay to be sad.

This episode focuses on dealing with our day to day lives in the world of Covid-19. We speak on the present and the future of this new Covid-19 world. We touch upon on the many losses we've had but also on the strength of the human spirit. We also talk about why we will pull through this difficult time and be stronger than before.

Episode 6: Dealing with our New Normal (The Coronavirus)

I sense a theme developing here with episode 6 and this episode (lol). In this episode we talk about being quarantined, and how that affects our thoughts, emotions and feelings. We also go into things that we miss doing on a regular basis pre-quarantine that we can't wait to do again.

Episode 8 focuses on the meaning of inspiration, how to find it and how the power of your inspiration can inspire others around you.

In this episode I focus on Anger and how the current Systemic racial problem in the U.S is causing substantial harm to our mental health, our human civilization and future. I apologize in advance for some of the language in the episode but this came from a very raw/angry place and I hope you listen, think and talk about it, enjoy.
