This is the result of some tests with a borrowed BOSS RC-20 XL Loopstation. Basically I overdub until saturantion every sound I could have fun with: a bowl, a beer bottle label riped off, two kalimbas, a music box, two wooden pieces, my digital camera, my microphone stand and any thing that had a cool sound. All this was recorded with an SM 57.

Then I added some small sounds with my Novation Xiosinth.

The hiss sound came wen I was passing it to the computer but I like it!

I was just having fun and I hope someone enjoys it.

Raw acoustic tests with didgeridoo @ Lisbon's Pantheon

A song about a snake and a territory fight.
This was one of the first songs I created with didgeridoo, when in 2009 I met Djalu Gurruwiwi and Balptaji Gurruwiwi, Balpatji adopted and gave me the name of a file snake.
This song got all the meaning on that moment.

My work with Sound and Music revolves around the themes of Making and Participation.

Musicking (as by Christopher Small) has saved my life by giving me a sense of belonging. I work each day to search for and create spaces where people come together to make music and sound. The experience of togetherness amplifies our reflection on participation on the wider society.

I have been involved in musicking with people of all ages and conditions, be it in an hospital, or in care homes in partnership with members of the London Symphony Orchestra, in schools working with teenagers setting up didgeridoo ensembles, and in many other musicking experiences.
