Deep House Set Vol.16 - Bring me to life

This on had been sitting on my desktop for over a year now. I guess it's about time to let it go. 

It's funny how things got back to the starting point. During Covid-19, when my gym was closed, I'd mixed some of my favorite tracks to run with. Melodic Techno Summer 2022 Mixtape - Magic is Real

Though its summertime, winter is coming for us, the gay community in Israel. Extreme right-wing radicals have taken over the government, threatening to destroy our fragile democracy, and establish fascist – religious regime instead. 
It is time for us to raise our heads, hold our hands together and fight as one for our rights.
I hope this music, all made by gay Israeli producers and song writers, some of them I'm proud to call my friends, will raise our spirits for the days to come.

Just like many other Israelis, I was paralyzed by the evil and the horror of October 7th massacre.
For weeks, I couldn’t listen to music, couldn’t read or smile. 
Slowly, I’ve rediscovered the healing power of art and music. 
The lyrics of songs that I used to listen to:” Hide you”, “I can’t save you”, “Mother, I’m coming home”, “The sky looks like it’s burning”, has got new meaning. 
I hope you’ll find comfort in this music, as much as I did.

Discovering new artist, is one of the most exciting moments for any music lover.
