A pair of Irish liturgical songs written hundreds of years apart. The text of Cantemus in Omni Die was written in the 8th century by the Irish monk Cú Chuimne the Wise. Rug Muire is a traditional song that is a little more ambiguous in its history.

Don Oíche Úd i mBeithil is a popular Irish carol whose text dates back to the turn of the 16th century. Dán d'Oíche Nollaig, which was first recorded in Douglas Hyde's 1906 volume "The Religious Songs of Connacht," is equally old though markedly less popular. Mummering aficionados might recognize the tune.
