Ik took this picture with my biggest telescope last year from my balcony in Rotterdam. It's a planetary nebula in our galaxy: The Ring Nebula, although Many astronomers refer to this object as the 'Eye of God' (also catalogued as Messier 57, M57 and NGC 6720) Located in the northern constellation of Lyra. Such a nebula is formed when a star, during the last stages of its evolution before becoming a white dwarf, expels a vast luminous envelope of ionized gas into the surrounding interstellar space.

"Ninja Soup Shenanigans"

In a hazy dreamscape, a band of stealthy ninjas gathers under a neon sky, their silhouettes flickering like shadows cast by a playful bonfire. They form a circle around an enormous, bubbling pot of vibrant, swirling magic soup, shimmering with colors never seen by the naked eye.

With exaggerated elegance, each ninja takes a turn, brandishing their samurai swords, not for battle but for stirring! The soup bubbles wildly every time they slice through the air, splashing sparkles that transform into mischievous little creatures dancing around the pot. One ninja, wearing oversized sunglasses and a sparkly headband, exclaims, "Time to add the secret ingredient!" and tosses in a handful of glowing mushrooms that twirl and giggle in the steam.

As the soup thickens, the aroma wafts through the air, unleashing a whimsical wave of laughter that pulls everyone closer. Suddenly, the pot begins to levitate, lifting the ninjas into the air, twirling and flipping like acrobats in a carnival, while the soup begins to sing, harmonizing with the music of your track. 

“Is that soup or a potion?” one ninja asks, trying to pour himself a ladle full but ends up floating instead. “Just another day in ninja culinary dreams!” replies another, as they all dissolve into bursts of colorful confetti, swirling in a kaleidoscope of motion.

Inspired by underground artist from Detroit, Chicago and NYC, I started buying and spinning records when I was 17. I played at some nice clubs and parties, until one day a I ended up at an illegal underground tekno rave in Rotterdam. I was blown away by the power and creativity of this genre. 
Together with my brothers, cousins and friends we started our own system Duracell and Duracell records. We left the club scene and went full underground. We started squatting and throwing massive free raves all over Europe. Ever since, the sonic insanity, the free vibe and crazy shit we pulled off, this is living life to the max…
I’m producing under the pseudonym Beta Man. Because I think this alpha male stuff you find on social media is funny as shit and I am a nerd by nature, I calculate things. And most of all, because I think you should know beta man ;)
The pictures I use for my tracks are (almost all) made by me with the help of my trusty telescope. When I’m not partying, I’m tripping on the universe.
