ocean sounds recorded on the island of Hawaii, 
bird sounds, 
a heartbeat pulse around 60 BPM, 
various instrumentation with lots of space, 
panned left-right in asymmetrical intervals. 

Panning is generally soft to avoid distracting/uncomfortable ear muscle tightening / discrepancies, with some moments of hard, full-panning to avoid entrainment and periodically wake the brain during Brainspotting processing.

May be suitable for some KAP uses.

music for Brainspotting is asymmetrically panned, for use in a therapeutic modality which is a new descendent of EMDR. Brainspotting finds the optical location of a client's gaze with memories, beliefs, somatic experiences etc. to process trauma, enhance performance, unfuse addictive cravings from negative beliefs, etc., and is a massively flexible process.
Instead of Bilateral music used in EMDR which symmetrically pans left-to-right in an even predictable pattern, David Grand's "Biolateral" music shifts unpredictably in order to facilitate wakefulness and integration of experience, rather than the fostering of hypnotic or 'sleepy' brain states. The subcortical access offered by Brainspotting seems to be increased with this method.

My goal is to create more contemporary soundscapes and tracks influenced by minimal house, techno, ambient and other genres. 
This comes from my first experiments.
