Das Lied entstand unabhängig von der späteren Bestimmung, denn als mein ältester Freund Michael leider mit 58 Jahren starb war es sein letzter Wunsch, dass genau dieser Song bei seiner Beerdigung gespielt wird. 
Grund: bis zur schicksalhaften Wendung im Lied, entsprach der Text genau dem gemeinsamen Leben mit seiner Frau Elke.
Trauer und Glück kamen da für mich zusammen.
