My brother, Kyle, passed away seven months ago today.

My latest original song, “Be The Same”, is written for him.

I woke up around 3:30 – 4:00 AM a few weeks ago and this song just came pouring out of me.  The whole process took about 5 to 10 minutes.  (Big “thank you” to the song writing muse)

My new (old) Gibson guitar, and a new tuning, inspired the music to accompany the lyrics.
This is all me . . . drums, bass, guitars, vocals, recording engineer,  etc.

Don't judge too harshly on this rough mix.  I'll be taking it to Studio 14 for final mixing and mastering.
