I, once again, had to openly face obstacles that were blocking my pathway
in the attempt to tame my wildest dreams and make them one day turn real.

So once again I need someone who’ll be here to comfort me after a failure;
the friendly hand that will come to support me in an adversity.

Although it’s true that some dreams may turn out fickle,
the course of life itself puts them in the past
and there will only stay those who will make you rise
just thinking that one day you’ll fulfill them at last.

But there are black clouds flying through our visions
 ready to pour down on our decisions
and there are all those who just refuse to dream
trying to forbid others to dive in and swim upstream.

So once again I have to start anew
the arduous climb of the highest mountains
hoping to reach the unattainable summit where a fine day awaits my coming
full of true enjoyment to face life’s hardest moments
and so after that wish gets to unfurl
I’ll dream again of a much better world.

So once again I’ll dream till I make my wildest dreams turn real.

I don't know what is to be saved but I know my road is sometimes paved with good intentions did I fail to mention.. we came from the great big sea he and she  you and me we crawled we walk we live we breathe we die nobody knows how we got here. nobody knows where were going, nobody knows anything and the world keeps turning round and we haven't heard a thing from the man in the sky Every body has an answer but nobody really has a clue the sun comes up the sun goes down you better hope your still around this old earth has had enough its gonna throw us in the fire like a paper cup and the winds going to blow like a hurricane like New Orleans on that terrible day Nobody knows anything nobody knows what tomorrow will bring nobody knows anything  and the wheels keep spinning round and round and we haven't heard a thing from the man in the sky....Man in the sky.... keeps us wondering why...Nobody knows Anything! Nobody knows when the angels will sing , Nobody knows anything, and the band keeps playing on and on...and we  never seem to hear  from the man in the sky, no we never seem to hear from the man up high

CRAZY SKY 3/JOHN DADDIO CLARKE

Roger Pancake is the pseudonym of the German music nerd Mark Korthals, regarding himself a musician. He is best known (to those who know) for his musical contributions to a long history of local Cologne and Magdeburg band projects from midst of the eighties until today. After his last project recording a personal version of Beck‘s Songreader with The Jehnny Dopps, he is now, under the project name The Cosmic Hum, releasing (well, rather small step by small step) his debut solo album entitled Reveal yourself: late coming of age like stuff, taking himself seriously in the one and only respect of having fun doing this.
