My first alt rock ep from 2011. Influenced heavily by Alt/Art Rock that I grew up on in Iowa, I combined my love for the piano with the deep distorted guitars of the grunge and nu metal that hooked me on rock in the first place. Lyrically I was heavily influenced by The Goo Goo Dolls, The Counting Crows, and The Smashing Pumpkins. (SP inspired this project sonically as well...) I was aiming to find my "sound" at the time. I was pleased with the emotional output of this project. Special thanks to my dad who's always supported my music career. He took me to so many rock shows and shared all of his favorite music with me. Ever Grateful Pops.
