Pour ce troisième épisode, nous échangeons avec Caroline Dubois. 
Caroline est diplômée d’HEC et Roland Berger fut son premier employeur, cette rencontre s’est faite : “un peu par hasard”, Caroline n’avait pas prévu de travailler dans le conseil.
Elle commence par un stage en Malaisie qui lui ouvre les portes du monde du conseil puis poursuit en CDI pendant 6 ans. Des années riches d’expériences où elle travaille auprès d’acteurs variés du secteur public aux usines de filatures du Nord en passant par des fonds d’investissement. 

Aujourd’hui elle est Directrice de la stratégie et du business développement chez Danone. Elle a finalement rejoint l’industrie des biens de grande consommation, ses premières amours nous confie-t-elle dans cet échange. Avec du recul, Caroline considère aujourd’hui Roland Berger comme le bon endroit pour se connaître soi-même. Dans cet épisode, elle nous explique pourquoi.
