Music producer Michael Anthony has been a key figure in the Arkansas music scene for many years now. With roots planted firmly in the metal scene as lead guitarist and main song writer for AND THE ANGELS WERE SILENT (A.T.A.W.S) this talented musician has found his second home on stages performing in front of thousands of people at festivals and clubs alike. ATAWS were voted BEST BAND IN ARKANSAS in 2009 and were offered gig after gig with some of music’s biggest names including DISTURBED and SILVERSTEIN, just to name a few. In the fall of 2010, the band decided to take an indefinite hiatus which allowed Michael to pursue other avenues within music that he has always had a passion for but never had the time nor resources to explore them. 
In the spring of 2010 Michael started experimenting and creating Electronic Dance Music (EDM) using the latest and hottest software available and has quickly proven himself a forced to be reckoned with. From pulsating rhythms to extremely low subsonic bass frequencies, he is finally making the music he feels that he was put on Earth to make. 
Now performing under the alias DJ ROLL MODELS, this talented producer’s work is in high demand as he is constantly being approached by musicians and fans to work on beats and remixes for all kinds of music. He is currently in the production stages of his first electronic E.P. which will consist of Dubstep/electro/house and hip-hop influenced beats with special guest appearances by other artists. The E.P. will drop in early 2012 and has already generated alot of hype and anticipation for those who are already in the know. 
To understand the pure power and weight of his music, you must witness his set live. His high octane live shows are a dance party that erupts into a raging frenzy the moment he hits the decks and you can expect nothing less from this talented producer when it comes to his live performances. Bass is the nucleus and when it hits, you cannot deny the energy it releases. Music is his weapon and he has you in the crosshairs. 
Roll Models will be closing out 2011 with a series of club and festival dates throughout the south. Look for his E.P. to be released in early 2012
