Drumsound & Bassline Smith are back with Formation Records as we bring you another sampler from the forthcoming ‘Back to Jungle Vol 2 LP’. ‘Let the bass kick’ see’s one of the industry’s biggest heavyweights bring listeners an almighty addition to the ‘Back to Jungle Vol 2 LP’ as we experience world class production from start to finish. 
From the late 90’s Drumsound and Bassline Smith have been an essential part of any DJ’s arsenal of heavy jungle beats. Expect big bass, and the trademark Drumsound & Bassline Smith sound. 

‘Let the bass kick’ begins with a light and almost delicate vibe, as we’re introduced to the track with a gentle and soft piano accompanied by dreamy synths. 
As the female vocals are introduced we’re taken on a journey of tranquillity that will soon be interrupted, as we hear the oldskool MC sample, things are about to get a whole lot more lively. 

As the classic jungle drum pattern is introduced, the female vocals continue, before a short break. We quickly become acquainted with the deep, wobbly bass of this track that is the most prominent feature, as it pitches up and down to create one of the most catchy parts of this track. 
This bass will be kicking for many years to come in raves around the world.

Formed in 1995 Rolling fire Recordz signed to the Jungle Foundation Label “Knowledge and wisdom” and “Congo Natty”, who had top 40 uk hits including “Demolition man Fire”.

Rollin fire Produced Dub plates for Goldie, Mickey Finn and Nickey Black market also released  singles on Vinal in the early 2000s and  released  the Album “A London flavour” in 2004 ,  Played on Eruption FM  in the early 90s along side Dj Zinc &  MC Rage.

Inspiration came from  1980s hiphop, house, Reggae & Rare grove from the London Club scene. Clubs like Astoria, Troy and Heaven was our motivation to produce dance music on the Rave Scene.
