99/98 mothwellsma comma pump in 439EDO (11-limit)

This progression pumps the comma 99/98, the difference between 9/8 X(8/7)^2 and 16/11. I used 439EDO, because it has good approximations of the 11-limit, and tempers 99/98 out.
