Dunklines is an audio representation of your 'hoop dreams'. A metaphor for ambitions sometimes beyond capability but essential for personal growth. Oddball micro rhythms attempt to hold quirky bass stabs in check, whilst being pestered by ever bendier bleeps and blips.

’20 Go To 10’ sees ROMsets trade in his dithered beat-scapes for more experimental, off-kilter flavours. Telling a story of error dialogs and rage quits, a twisted lament to all those who experience tech fails. Wonky, battery drained synth plucks prop up the track, while skipping CD drum patterns and found cassette sample snippets take twitchy turns and directions. All interspersed with a pre-AI vocal sample whose calm external tone hides an internal annoyance. This is not left-field, but has left the field entirely, while still sounding unmistakably ROMsets. Strictly for lovers of oddball electronics and those who require total tech decompression.
