Prolific Songwriter Ron Harris of SW.VA has been a staple on the music scene for many years now, bringing his kaleidoscope of American music, which includes rock, country,  jazz,  blues, and improvisational song crafting,  along with his bands that have featured world class musicians that have played a pivotal roal in the evolution and interpretation of his musical works that have been fluent over the years. 
Some of the bands Harris has fronted include: Scapegoat, Bears Choice (Featuring Tom Snedeliker and Wendy Godley- The Kind) Picasso Moon, The Ron Harris Band, Picasso Moon, and his latest and most rewarding experience, direct duo that shares with his son Gavin Harris, (multi instrumentalist, audio engineer and video production specialists) Punks With Peace Signs. Virginia's Premier Songwriting Team ,& Pulse Of The New River Valley, VA.  Producing high quality original music by the rare phenomenon known as improvisational songwriting. The writing process that involves telepathical communication at the highest level. Working from their home base The Jungle Room Studio, Radford Virginia, The band centers its effort to build the back catalog in order to retrieve a lucrative publishing deal in the near future. 
Established in 2018, duo has made its presents known throughout Southwest Virginia and gaining respect from their contemporaries and peers alike. Their debut album "Static" was released in April 2022

Ron & Gavïn advocate for change in many social issues. however the three that are predominant and remain a focal point for the guys is A. The better treatment of service personnel who have fought in foreign wars. 
B. Bringing as much awareness as possible to opioid addiction and the opioid epidemic. 
C.. Helping to bring awareness to domestic violence and abuse.
