A 1000 Likes for You

This tune started as a piano idea; I wanted to create musical tension that resolved by using a series of 'seconds' and moving them. This evolved into adding rhythm and it grew into this track from the original solo piano.

Since there are 'moving pieces' in the music, I reached back to one of my favorite artists because I like his use of shapes and colors that seemed to fit!

Seconds Today

i love this piece of music. Of course I didn't write it, but this is my interpretation. 

It is 3 minutes of some of the most beautiful melodies and harmonies that have ever been created.

I re-recorded this tune with a Steinway Model D grand and decided to leave it with simple instrumentation because - the tune is just lovely and probably Elvis' greatest song.

Music does not have to be complicated and Elvis wrote a good one here!

It is my hope that this feeling invokes the peace that we all seek in a crazy world....
