It explores life since the death of Geffen's brother Yonatan Naim. Yonatan's presence informs the album and he appears on many tracks - songs are composed to lyrics he wrote, his instrumentation is featured in samples of his playing on drums, percussion and santur (Persian instrument). The songs paint a full sonic picture of feelings, emotions and aspirations. 
Life’s journey continues as this album explores the possibility to grow and flourish within a profound loss and tremendous pain.

Blood Of My Blood #B.O.M.B. will be launched in an immersive audio-visual show in a collaboration with artists Elizabeth Laplace & Alma Alloro in Music Tech Festival, Berlin 2016.

Her mastery over the production work as well as her warm & thick voice juxtaposed with an explicit sensual attitude, creates a booming lush rhythmic and musical world, where everything is allowed & probably distorted.
Geffen‘s EP „The Emancipation of Mitzy“ gathers 6 tracks, 5 of which are heavy dance floor oriented reminiscent of techno circa the early 2000‘s. Geffen states, matter-of-factly, „its all about heavy tribal beats, massive bass-drums and hectic percussion.“ This EP is more unified by its genre representing hard & pumping Techno for the chaotic crowd. Drugs, alcohol, politics and sex (as always) are the issues driving the music. Distortions, amplifiers & rhythm are really the means to make it come to life.
Geffen participated in various crews bringing raves and underground parties to Tel Aviv, and is a graduate of „Muzik - School of Creation and Production“, majoring in musical production. While today Berlin based artist Rona Geffen is collaborating with internati- onal artists including Mad Professor & Yasmeen Goder, her beginning has been compared to so many classic films, as she moved to the sin city of Tel Aviv at the age of 17 and discovered the epic rave scene back in 98'. Her years of playing piano, guitar & clarinet resolved to the moment where heavy repetitive drums were revealed to her ears and the idea of anything else than producing and performing became irrelevant.
Geffen performes regularly around the world, but mostly in New York, Berlin, Amsterdam, and of cours London.

Musician and sound healer Rona Geffen wrote the lyrics and sings this song like a mantra with a great sense of spirit. Surfing the soothing and harmonious sound of the singing bowls and backing vocals by Heidi AL-Sabban and Elly Kellner, the three create an embracing and warm sacred space of union, love and acceptance.
