We at The Fat! Club are proud to present the seventh edition in our iconic free EP series, shining a light on some of the most promising underground talent out there today.
This time around we have exclusive new material from Four40 Records duo I Killed Kenny and the super talented Lakim and Big Voyage all the way from the states; as well as Manchester’s JWMA and London based Otik.

Established in 1997, The Fat! Club encompasses a blog, the much loved Fat! Records, London clubbing legend Chew The Fat!, artist agency TFA Bookings and a management arm.
This historic commitment to UK underground music and culture has seen Chew The Fat! host arenas at festivals across the UK and Europe, monthly parties around the globe and seven consecutive summer residencies at We Love Sundays, in the world famous Discoteca Arena at Space in Ibiza.

All the way from Virginia in the United States we have the colourful sounds of Lakim with a straight up Chicago house cut for you titled, Don’t Need You. With a handful of releases out so far on compilations from US based tastemakers and label SOULECTION, as well as free reworks of Frank Ocean’s Novacane, A$AP Rocky and Erykah Badu’s classic On & On, we predict big things for this young prodigy.

Following the rapturous reception of his first club-centric EP for Turbo, as well as remixes for Santigold and the forthcoming AlunaGeorge single, UK superproducer Duke Dumont returns to tighten his stranglehold on the worldwide nightgeist with FOR CLUB PLAY ONLY VOL. 2, this time training his sights on the Vocal Anthem heavyweight title.

A-side "No Money Blues" brings UK bass and deep house into the realm of crossover pop, while "The Giver" is an ecstatic vocal house anthem that would fit seamlessly alongside the most uplifting MURK classics. These are probably the two most "feel-good" tracks we will put out all year, but the impeccable level of quality actually lets you "feel good" about "feeling good."
