Fresh faces making their appearance on Mixmash Deep, as Aaron Jackson releases his latest track ‘Told You So’ featuring Megan Hamilton on the Amsterdam based imprint.

American DJ/Producer Aaron Jackson gets the floor bumpin’ with his unique House and UK Garage inspired beats. Creating his own buzz, Aaron Jackson already released on labels such as Heldeep and Buygore, and has been nominated by EDM Universal as one of the top 12 rising North American Stars.

Joining Aaron Jackson on ‘Told You So’ is producer/vocalist Megan Hamilton, who is the official U.S. ambassador of Ghetto Funk. With Euro inspired sound mixed with glitch hop, old school samples and future funk influences, Hamilton pushes to promote a unique and very special sound to a wider audience.

Having recently released music by Sultan + Shepard, Patrick Hagenaar, Jack Wins and Nukid, Mixmash Deep has been building a steady catalogue displaying a diverse sound for all deep house lovers.

With the release of ‘Told You So’ the label brings yet another flavor to the already very diverse table.

This year the iconic house duo Milk & Sugar celebrate their 20th anniversary, and can now confirm their first release of 2017 – a reworking of their classic 1999 anthem ‘Higher & Higher’ out 17 February. 

‘Higher & Higher’ was an international-breakthrough-hit for the duo on original release. Now it’s back with some killer new mixes from Teenage Mutants (Stil Vor Talent, Off Recordings, Kittball Records, Suara Music,) Berlin-based duo Robosonic and Milk & Sugar themselves, along with a re-mastered re-edit of the 1999 remix from New York house legend David Morales. 

Milk & Sugar are Mike K and Steven Harding, celebrating 20 years of creating some of the world’s most innovative house music. A catalogue that includes global hits like their all-time classic ‘Let The Sun Shine,’ that reached No.1 in the US-Billboard Dance and Airplay charts. ‘Higher & Higher’ marks the start of the celebrations, which will culminate with a 20th Anniversary album – coming this summer. It will be a collection of brand new songs sitting alongside fresh interpretations of some of their greatest tracks. 

“We can’t believe we’ve been doing this for 20 years. It only feels like we started yesterday.” says the duo. “It’s going to be a big year for us, with some very special releases and what better way to start than ‘Higher & Higher’, which is what started everything for us.” 

‘Higher & Higher’ is available from 17 February. Stay tuned for more information on the 20th Anniversary album.

Ronny Leuschner geboren in Riesa entdeckte seit seiner Kindheit die Musik für sich. Als Deejay selbst die Musik in die Hand zu nehmen war er einst als Angestellter einer Discothek genau der richtige. Ab 2005 wurde unter dem Namen Ronnsn die Region unsicher gemacht, als Loud&Sexy Event Resident gekürt schaffte er es 2011 auf den 3. Platz beim VibrA DJ Award in Dresden. Das 2011 produzierte Bootleg aus “Fritz Kalkbrenner vs. Avicii – Wes Levels” ging in der gesamten Republik durch die Decke, woraufhin erste Remixe nicht lange auf sich warten ließen. Neben seinen erfolgreichen Remixen für Alex Hilton, Superfreakz, TimoLaFunk, Jon Spoon und vielen mehr werden auch seine Tracks von Größen wie David Puentez, Superfreakz, Steve Cypress, Jake Dile, Jaques Raupe und Sun@Night in den angesagtesten Clubs gespielt und rocken auf jeden Fall die Crowd. 
Sein Durchbruch im Jahr 2013 war eine gewisse Produktion namens „Trump the Bass“, die es bis auf Platz #15 in den Deutschen Dance Charts geschafft hat und ihm schlagartig ein gewaltiges Renommee in der Szene einbrachte. 
Nach ersten Auftritten u.a. bei NEONSPLASH, KonfettiPartys sowie auf regional angesagten Festivals kennen ihn heute Fans in ganz Deutschland wobei sein unverwechselbarer und exzessiver High Energy-Style-Mash-Up Mix aus Electro, Progressive und House die Massen zum kollektiven Ausrasten auf den Tanzflächen bringt.
