Produced this remix as part of KORG Gadget remix contest. Created entirely with the iPad Air. The original song was way to fast for me, so I deconstruct the song to its basic element and rebuild the remix from there. My interpretation of "Our Cities" is that it is full of lights, energy, and hope for the inhabitants, and all of the good things that makes our cities great.

Produced this remix as part of KORG Gadget remix contest. Created entirely with the iPad Air using the KORG Gadget app. This creative process is very interesting for this remix, I started off as kind of progressive house, and then somewhere down the middle I was leaning toward a chillout mood, and you will feel that everything had slowed down a bit. The song ended as more of a downtempo/ambient as result. I recreated the Amsterdam 4 sampler sounds into notation, so that I can gain more control. Everyone will play the same samples chords from Amsterdam, I felt that was too limited, so I notated and used a completly different gadget instrument instead. But in the end the melody is still intact along with intro, and the middle chrous parts, all of which are derivatives from the original melody stems.

Produced this remix as part of KORG Gadget remix contest. Created entirely with the iPad Air using the KORG Gadget app. I would like dedicated this song to my wife Amy. Her home country Taiwan, in the old days they called it "Formosa" - means "Beautiful Island" I've made this song so it can remind her of the beautiful place she came from and missed often. And I also wanted to thank for her support in my music creation process, so I can take part in The Korg Contest. This will be the very last song for the four set.
