In these forgotten spaces,
electric hum, wet pavement places,
in the angles sunlight makes
down into cool, green water.
In traffic song,
the flooding sewers,
on sunburnt roofs, where aerials and cranes
are sundials among the window panes,
and beneath metal roots
the air is wild in the crystal cave drains.

Rooftop Collective Presents Modles. We managed to stumble on this beatsmith earlier this year and we were really impressed. He has worked in isolation to craft a blend of more traditional and low fidelity organic sounds into technical arrangements. Highly illusive, his tracks have rarely surfaced from his Bristol-based studio, but we are lucky enough to share this mellow number "Crowdpleaser". Expect some great things from Modles in the not so distant future.
