When it comes to a certain strand of deep house, Tsuba is unstoppable at the moment. The label has just revealed they've secured an EP from the much-loved Galcher Lustwerk, but before that they're debuting Luvless with the Luv Machine EP. Fans of Mic Newman's music on Tsuba will warm to this with tracks like "Down With You Baby" sharing that same laid-back vibe heard in some of the Australian's earlier productions, while its soft vocals are similar to fellow Melbourne producer The Tortoise. "Be Mine" is driven by a strong sustained lead with sprinklings of disco drums and basslines with some classic filtering, while the title-track is a deep, yet light, euphoric house jam.

Famed for his reworks and edits, Jacques Renault brings a release off Swedish label Local Talk, run by close friends Mad Mats and Tooli.

Based in Brooklyn, Jacques is a globetrotting DJ who also runs the roving Let’s Play House party night and label. Along with regular releases on his own imprint, Jacques boasts music on other scene leading labels such as Endless Flight, DFA Records, Rekids, Permanent Vacation and Defected. His induction into Local Talk's family of artists may nearly break his already exhaustible release CV.

Local Talk is a Swedish label globally known as a trusted source of timeless House music with influences in jazz, funk and soul. Whether its jacking, raw or deep, each release is compiled with care and attention to detail. What binds them together is an honesty that doesn’t follow fashion, hype or gimmicks.

The band began to play loudly in the grand hall. The chamber had been packed for several hours, diners had eaten promptly whilst discussing matters of ethereal importance. The white table cloths now lay scattered messily across the room as the old busy bodies danced repulsively. The band were playing a song for Mr. Lewis, not that many of them knew him very well at all. This was merely a facade, a show of force for a leader whom was actually despised. There was only so much grandeur one could attempt to hide amidst, he was a mess. 

Austin Ato is set to release a new EP on Phonica White in the coming weeks, the producer has travelled under many guises in the past including Drums Of Death, Frankie Dreams and The Slumberjack.

Berlin based XXXY starts his latest label adventure with Sour Edits after a successful volume first release from himself a few months back, volume 2 is hot on its heels and will undoubtedly follow in the same direction, definitely a label to look out for this year. SOUR002 belongs to Marcin Krupa, the astronomical tapes label boss provides a perfect addition to the new sour edits line up with this smooth 3-track EP. Each track is uniquely impressive in its own way; the polish sample wizard perfectly creates three euphoric bangers, prepare to be taken on an emotional journey.

We have the pleasure of premiering the first track on the release, ‘Jazz with some house elements’. This Jazz-infused rhythmic weapon is everything we love here at bolting bits and is a stand out track in the EP. Marcin does wonders with the unique melody as it swirls around in a haze of house lushness, but another element I have to bring attention to is the brilliant percussive drums playing looping around tying the whole thing nicely together. This release is displaying some of the finest deep disco and house around. The first track on this EP 'Yellow' is nothing but wondrous house with Amplified premiering producer Lay-Far from Moscow, Russia. Lump (also known as Arttu) comes with the excellent disco stomper 'Down With You'. On the flip you find Sygaire and Co. debuting on Amplified as Muddeg. Their 'Luv No Guarantee' is a stunning vocal house bomb. Last but not least disco tweaker extraordinaire Nicholas comes with the amazing slow disco burner 'Wind City.'
