Sex tapes from Mars’ third release comes in the form of 4 joyous hits of euphoria courtesy of Australian party-starter, Aldonna.

Angel Numbers excitedly bounces and bounds through its tracklist and the numerous blissed-out grooves within it. The EP kicks off with the psychedelic, poem-sampling ‘Divine Time’ before switching to the driving rhythms and glistening synths of ‘Ikigai’ (featuring Sam Alfred).

On the B-side, Aldonna dedicates the airy keys and phasing delays of ‘Ella’ to a friend who encouraged her to keep on dreaming. Finally, Cromby takes ‘Divine Time’ and reduces it down to its raw elements for clubland functionality whilst still retaining the threads of the originals buoyant tonality.

A love letter to her friends and her self, this is progressive house music at its most hopeful.

Crafting this remix was a delightful journey, adding even more acid lines to it, along with lively piano house notes, instilling instant joy and an irresistible desire to dance.

Tested and approved during my long motorcycle journeys, with a smile on my lips, through the beautiful rice fields of the Philippines, where I currently am.

Welcome to the first imprint of my own series on Bandcamp! As I tend to release more music in the future, here you’ll find more tracks that are special to me in some way or a bit different from the rest of my upcoming releases.

The first release ‘Closure’ is a two-tracker with an original of mine + an outstanding remix of Belgian rising stars Bobby & Djenko. The original has a deep, balaeric and bit melancholic feel which finds it’s roots in the Spanish regions and is heavely inspired by the likes of DJ Gregory and Osunlade. Bobby & Djenko step up their game with a heavy house hitter of a remix which kills every dancefloor again and again. Must have for any DJ bag!
