#CoverClub started as an off-shoot of the Root Down In The Shadow series #PhillyPresents, where Philly local bands introduced fans to another band they enjoyed! In the following months, we took bands up on the suggestion of doing covers.

Each band recorded a Philly-centric cover and an original tune. Many, done in one take, turned out fabulously. The audio by Nomad Recording Studio head audio engineer Rob Swift and assistant Tom Williamson was so much fun to record, it had to be shared!

Having become a big fan after a Sofar Sounds: Philadelphia house concert, it was a no-brainer.
