Roots & Culture have been running various nights over the last 7 years in Norwich, aiming to please a diverse selection of ravers and party goers.

Starting out with a strong focus on the UK Hip Hop scene, they have managed to bring names such as Black Twang, Phi Life Cypher, Taskforce, Klashnekoff, Foreign Beggars, Souls of Mischief, RA The Rugged Man, Durrty Goodz, YT, Zion Train, Sway, Dub FX, Newham Generals, Kila Kela, Mungo's Hifi, Skinnyman, Million Dan & Stig of the Dump to name but a mere few.

As well as having award winning promoters involved, the Roots & Culture Team have also branched into a clothing line which has had the likes of Goldie and Skinnyman supporting!

In 2011, R&C teamed up with Sensi-Tize to bring you Boom Bap at St. Walstans Hall at the Norwich Showground. This was the start of something special and in Septmeber 2012, Boom Bap returned to bring you Europe's largest UK Hip Hop Festival, featuring a wealth of talent from across the UK.
