"Perfectionism" is the title of my new Ep Album, a collection of pieces in the Neoclassical genre that I had neglected due to perfectionism, I decided to overcome this feeling. And release some of these pieces in the form of an EP album.
The best idea to deal with perfectionism is to reveal our shortcomings to ourselves with half-finished tasks.
A perfectionist will never be free.
Because he tries to look perfect and this is practically not possible.
The perfectionist will lose his creativity. unless he reveals his defect to himself. So that the ego stops resisting and the unconscious flow is freed again.
Carl Jung believed that we can achieve balance only when we cultivate our anti-self in ourselves, but this will not be welcomed by our psyche because it is not a heroic act and repels us with a disgusting feeling towards it.
Perfectionism is the other side of shame and fear, if a person voluntarily does what he is most ashamed of doing, then he will be free, for example, doing something half-finished.

بر اساس حادثه 
اینجام با انتقام از ضربات فاجعه 
از یه زور که از توی نظم نگاهمون می کرد 
با دستور آسمون رو به قانون می بست 
نسل نسل توی حصار جون میدادن 
هی تکرار می کردن فکر می کردن دژاوو میشن
من زوزه سیاه شب یه سوز حس عاصی از شکاف مرگ 
روییدم از خون اختیار 
با لمس عشق توی مرز ممنوعه با تجربه عمیق ترین بوسه سیاسی 
برهنه شدم از قفل به نماد دیدم بین زور و قانونتون حفره هواست 
قرار دادتون مورفین رو داد تو دستم 
یه گوزن وحشی با حکم قوه قضا 
خواستم تیم بشم با بچه ها به ضد بابا ها 
با باباهاشون تیم شدن زدن زیر پام 
دفن شد یه دنیا ستاره پشت سرم 
عمقی نموند تو هر نگاه مختصر 
یه دره عمیق آنی خالی شد از جادو 
شد یه ارتفاع مختصر 
از گناه شعر سرود هرزگی 
تا تثلیث مقدس عشق، جنون، برهنگی
مکش منو برد توی حافظه خالی 
این خلع مرز من بود یه فاصله تا آسیب 
شراب شلاق و شراره های شک وقت شام شیرین آخر 
یه قاب تلخ آزاد 
که توش خواستم حکام رو لو بدم به حضار 
اما حضار منو لو دادن به حکام 
مثل تن لخت گلوله مامورا 
لخت تنم صدام از زوزه هیولا 
پی حقیقتی شام آخر رو بچین دوباره 
من فقط مسیح مجرم پشت بوسه یهودام 
اما بی سرود مرگ 
زل می زد تو چشم بی فروغ من 
تموم تعهداتم رو کشتم به جز هنر 
نمی شد بخرنم می فرختن 
نگه نداشت از مسیر علامت منو 
مسیر بدون مقصد سراسر تب و 
من فهمیدم از سلولای آهنی رو آغوش 
شکاف مرز له میکنه پناهنده رو 
بگو کجاست مرز رهایی ؟ 
من که خارم تو درز سیاست 
استعاره ها شاهدان قتل رقصن 
من عیانم تو قلب ضیافت شعر 
تجربه رسوا تر از رفتن مرگ تا خرخره 
با هشدار نترسیدم 
من نیستم سگ نگهبان نگاه مرده 
پس مسیر محدود رو نشخوار نکردم 
گرم و گستاخ زدم شکستن سنت ها 
تا خونی شه بازار صورتش 
ما زدیم زیر ستون انگ وطن 
بکش کنار تا نریزه آوار رو تنت 
خطر خاک زخم تیغ تراژدی ته طبقه ها 
رقص با ریتم تاریک 
کمدی تبعیض تف به قانون 
من بیرونم از هر روند سیستماتیک 
کجای کاری زدیم از بیخ به لاشیا 
با بتهای تاریخ ما خود گناه بازیمون 
حالا میل به زهد رو کجا بذاریم 
مثل سینه سازمون صدای سرخ سربه 
ما خون بدن خیابون صحنه جنایت 
مرز رعشه صداقت دروغ کفتار و شیر 
یعنی رفتن مکش تا ته بی حمایت

مکش من رو برد تو سرگذشت زور 
افتادم تو مردمان کور 
نعمت از تو آسمون می ریخت 
پر می کردن بسته بسته تور رو 
این یه قرارداد بود بین زمین و آسمون 
که نظم بده آشوب رو 
مرد خدا گسسته شد امنیت 
موند یه جمع ترسو تر و فکر شعله های جنگ 
روز بعد جمع و بار کینه شون  رو از تو فقر کشیدن به کار بی ته 
عصر تراکتور های دو پای بی قلب با شخم امنیت و کشت مالکیت 
سود تولید صدور بسته بسته نور و شلاق استبداد که کور کرد کور سو رو 
و نور خدا که بسته شد به میله و علمی که اثبات نکرد این شکست نور رو 
من رو ببوس من یه دو پای وحشی ام 
فارغ از دکور اندیشه ترور 
مکان من بی رحم و ثبات و امنیت 
اون گلوله که زد بیرون از تو سینه یه کلت 
اما اما بی فرود تو اولین هدف 
و پارگی رو ترجیح دادم به سرزمین 
مگر که بوسه عشق جایی می بود واسه آخرین وطن 
یه فاصله بین فرهنگ و مذاب طبیعت
و هر دوگانگی از جنس انتخاب و جبر 
که از پیش انتخاب تصمیم غیر شد 
یهودا زمان رو تسلیم شعر کن 
که بوسه ما هر مکان رو پس می گرفت 
تلو بده به خنده ات 
مستم کن منو گرو بده به ترس اما 
دست از بوسه برندار تو جمع حضار 
این شومی تفاوت هامو لو بده به وحدت 
به نام محرومان به نام دلشکستگان 
به نام تن فروشان به نام خستگان 
به نام بی دستگان به نام هرویین 
به نام اعتیاد و زخم 
صدای تروریسم 
تصویر قاصدک های خاور میانه 
سرخی خبر 
به نام دست بستگان و خشکی خطر رو پوست نازک زمین 
و خون و خون که سمت قبله می رفت و غیر از شمشیر هیج حادثه ای نیست 
به نام زنجیر شکستگان و زخم هر جهش

I wrote Perfect Girl because I was frustrated about the things I felt I had to be and had to change to "make it" in the music industry - much of which I didn't have access to as a working-class woman, and an image I didn't want to portray anyway. It reverberated into expectations across relationships in my life, both platonic and romantic, with expectations placed upon me and pressures I placed upon myself to live up to some kind of ideal.

This is a stripped back version of my new single, Perfect Girl, released on April 14th. 

It was a real journey to produce up Perfect Girl in its final form. I originally released the song as a piano acoustic demo on Soundcloud, as well as performing it live this way, so It feels really special to release this new acoustic version to reflect the process behind the song and to take it back to its roots.
