We are very happy to present our new podcast series. From now on, we will introduce you to one artist and their music once a week. 

And now we are very happy welcome our first artist.

** @acidheavenn ** comes from Granada and currently lives in Berlin. 
She delivers an amazing breakbeats, garage and acid infused first set. 

Her mixes are characterised by styles such as ghetto, electro-bass and broken rhythms accompanied by vocals ranging from 90s r&b to dossier pop. In her sessions you will also find sounds like acid, trance or techno beats. 

No doubt you won't be able to stop dancing!

We are happy to present you this week's podcast by Vanaenae. Join us on this one hour long journey through the most diverse facets of house music. With some of her favourite producers at the moment, Lis Sarocca, Logic 1000, Sam Goku and Marc Brauner.

Vanaenae is a Berlin-based DJ who used to live in Leipzig for a long time. There, at Conne Island Proberaum, she started to explore her father's vinyl collection three years ago and has continuously expanded it with house records from the 90s as well as current productions. From the beginning, her style has been eclectic between house, electro and sometimes disco. She plays what she likes to dance to and tries to build bridges in her mixes. 

In her monthly radio show Sunday Groove on Radio Blau, she also shares music that moves her emotionally. Another project that shows that she is deeply rooted in Leipzig is Music Of Color, in which she and a few others try to organise radio shows, parties and events by, for and with BIPoC.

Her selection is eclectic and genre-fluid and internationally influenced ; mostly oscillating between ambient, breaks, bass, progressive and a wide range of house, always with a lot of rhythm and percussions. For her, what matters is the energy, the emotions she wants to share. She put particular effort into immersing the listeners into a specific atmosphere. Sometimes romantic, sometimes nostalgic, but always sexy and sensual. With this set she tried to mix genres while keeping the vibe sunny to match the coming season.

Emil aka Harry Hancock‘s record collection explores the more delicate sides of dance (and not so dance) music. His DJ sets are usually based on House, but may contain traces of balearic disco bliss, jazzed out pianos, psychedelic guitar solos or trippy deepness, depending on the occasion. With a sensitivity for narrative and collective vibing, Emil helped to shape the Disco and House sounds of Dresden, where he co-founded the infamous Palais Palett crew and open-air club. He’s now based in Berlin, where this all-vinyl mix was recorded. It contains mostly fairly recent releases and is an attempt to create a lush and enchanting listening experience while also paying respect to contemporary club music trends.

The Colombian duo Dei Funk is run by two friends who have been sharing their love for electronic music since their teens, Erich Joseph and David Finkelman Sánchez. Both artists have been living in Berlin for more than 10 years and are involved in the club and music scene with personal projects in other genres. Their passion for House and electronic music brought them together as Dei Funk. 

This mix is a live recording of an opening set for a club night, keeping a steady tempo between 120-122 and showcasing dubby and minimal house with a soft but sexy vibe. All you need to get in ambience and start moving your feet when arriving at the venue. The mix was done with productions by nthng, Dj Qu, Joey Anderson, Levon Vincent and Audio Soul Project.

@multifun is a DJ, the founder of MLTMX Records and a graphic designer based in Berlin. As a child of the 90s she feels connected to the typical sound of that time. Her feature is to bring forgotten pieces of music back on the dancefloor, combining those with crispy productions from the present to build up a varied mixture of feelings and genres. Depending on the mood she aims to express, her sound is always characterized by dreamy progressive synthscapes, vibrant percussions and pumping basslines, while not missing moodlifting vocals and in contrast some challenging elements here and

Hello, lovely people out there.
I'm Cornello from Frankfurt am Main. Maybe some of you know me from gigs and parties around the city and region. I’ve been into digging for quite some time now, inspired by the underground music scene around the world.

A lot of the records used in this mix were newly discovered while sorting my record collection. After a long break, I finally got my freshly repaired turntables back and found a nice new mixer with the Bozak AR4.
It was just a lot of fun getting back into the collection and doing the first mix with the new setup.
The mix is a blend of different styles of dance music: a calm but still shaky approach, including dubby and progressive house elements merging into more trancy and tribal sounds, all while keeping the tempo at an easy mode.

I hope you all enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed recording it.
