Erin Hopes is a Glasgow-based electronic music producer and label founder, at the helm of MANIC BB. Her sound is a compelling hybrid: romantic and relentless, blending hard and ambient techno with experimental and gabber elements. Critics highlight her production’s emotional depth, dreamy atmospheres, and ethereal sensibilities.

Hopes’ mixes move like emotional landscapes—fluid yet urgent, intimate yet powerful. Known for stitching together high-tempo techno, trance, gabber, and experimental cuts, she builds sets that balance raw intensity with dreamlike tenderness. This project spreads across different soundscapes exploring and building new  vibratory paths that helps us navigate through a vast web of interconnected frequencies and rhythms, creating unique and intimate spaces for dancers to take part in a sonic experience in a way that can most directly connect the body, the mind and the soul to the main source as it transforms land forms into celestial beings.

It has been a very long way since the beginning of this piece but I am very happy to have it finally released! Always thankful for all the trust and understanding from all the artists involved and every who has been supporting, lovers and protectors of this journey on the alluring coherence between sound and creation.

For the 33rd release of the Acid Avengers series, we invited two projects made by four veterans of the french electronic scene. 

Fondzyo, a new duo composed of John Lord Fonda and Kazyo (half of Teenage Bad Girl), is delivering here its first release. 

Nomenklatür, the pair formed by the founders of Elektrofon, is already known for bomb releases on Clivage records and Thisbe recordings. 

On this new split EP, both projects offer a 303 journey made with mental groove, deep rythms and of course some pure acid techno. 

Five tracks designed for the floor that are gonna kick your ass !
