Worthiness Statements

This is a 14 minute explanation of and introduction to the track called Experiential Emotional Embodiment process. This track explains the purpose of that process and important cautions and caveats about using that process. It explains how developmental trauma leads to our having hidden painful emotions and why it is so difficult to uncover and clear those emotions.

Introduction to Emotional Embodiment Process

Before listening to this track, please listen to the track titled "Introduction to Emotional Embodiment Process" or read the text of that track which you can find on my website. 

This process is an experiential process intended to support developmental trauma healing in adults. In this practice, you will be guided to find and expand a difficult emotion in your body for the sake of creating greater capacity for holding emotion and greater overall health and resilience.

This is a guided meditation exploring and relaxing the body, with the messages, "It's ok, it's going to be ok, you are ok, you are loved."

This is a song about faith and courage in community. When we know we are supported it can give us the courage to find our way to hope and light.

This is an evocation, intended to evoke calm, connection, deep remembering, aliveness and hope:

merging My Will with the Will of Love.

I remember that I am held in Grace.

I relinquish my petty fears and grievances.

I allow myself to relax and re-member, to know again that I am a part of the great Body of Love.

In such a place of hope, goodwill, trust, respect, and support, healing occurs. The re-membering of fellow humans.

This is a recorded intervention is for when you have fear or resistance preventing you from doing something you want to do. This guided process is for when there is something you want to do or are called to do, and where it seems pretty clear that your direction is a good one, but where - when you move toward actually doing the activity, your body goes into a panic, freeze, or fear.

This is a 12 minute guided process that takes you through the experience and expression of nine universal emotions. The intention is that visiting these emotions helps us to be come unstuck and more alive, since we have all sorts of emotions hiding in our bodies and often weighing us down or limiting our aliveness.

Quick Breath and Body Process

This is a guided meditation and movement practice in following the impulses to move and to be still, each in the context of threat and in the context of safety and relaxation. Another intention is to allow our bodies to learn how to shift from vigilance to ease and relaxation when there is no threat.

This is a guided process to use when you are activated, upset, stirred up, that will help you to become more balanced without becoming numbed out.

Discharging, Reconnecting, Rebalancing

When we have a very strong emotion, it often tells us stories like, "You are worthless" or "All those people are evil" or "Nobody cares about you"

I use this little chant to remind me not to allow my thinking mind to accept these thoughts, no matter how overwhelming the emotional experience is.

The Things I Feel, They Are Not Real

Most of us are not fully embodied, not fully alive. In this process you will check in with your body and discover how much life force you are animated with, compared to how much is potentially possible.  In the process, you might create some opening to adjust your life force in a way that is safe and helpful for you.

Assessing Life Force

In this process, you will explore your willingness and ability to step into the role and energy of a leader, teacher, or healer.

Below are the statements that are explored within this process:
