Talentueuse chanteuse de la métropole lilloise, Rosa Shanti évolue depuis cinq ans sur la scène des sounds systems et du reggae français. Elle a su en seulement quelques mois se faire remarquer de la plupart des activistes régionaux, enregistrant productions et dubplates pour la plupart d'entre eux. Un premier projet né de sa collaboration avec le Holy Night Sound voit le jour : la freetape "One in the Spirit".

En juin 2013, elle rejoint le groupe "Stouffi the Stouves" : cinq artistes qui distillent une musique déjantée et anticonformiste ; le résultat d'une fusion subtile d'électro, ragga, dubstep, hip hop, rock & soul. Le collectif compose et se produira durant une année à travers laquelle la jeune artiste s'essaye à d'autres styles musicaux et s'en inspirera pour la suite.

En décembre 2013, elle rencontre "The Ziontales", un groupe reggae de cinq musiciens avec lequel elle construit un répertoire live. Très vite, le groupe est appelé à jouer lors de gros événements. Il effectuera par exemple la première partie de Pierpoljak ainsi que divers festivals tels que le Roots Mission festival, Bersée trop près du mur, Festival Dansécirk,...

En septembre 2015, Rosa sort un premier vinyle intitulé "Never catch my soul" sur le label anglais Nu-Roots Records, une production du Rolling Lion Studio. Le morceau est un succès, il est joué par David Rodigan sur les ondes de la BBC.

Actuellement, la chanteuse réalise son premier album en collaboration avec Akaz Production (Dave Kynner et Anne-Sophie Bavant) dont la sortie est prévue courant 2016.
En attendant la finalisation de l'album, elle continue de se produire aussi bien en soundsystem qu'en concert ou en festival. De même elle est sollicitée pour participer à divers projets.
