Ok so storytime for motivation!! So im omw back from the beach (its a long drive) so i decided to try to shift on the way back. I used this subliminal to help and was visualizing my dr yk how it goes. I got really big symptoms. I felt like i couldnt move, i felt like gravity was so heavy, i was tingly and numb, seeing trees/lights, then i felt a hand cup my face and then bring my chin to look up. HOPE THIS HELPS. (Also i was shifting to stranger things and ive never felt anything like that. Ive seen things but never heard/felt things.) dont give up
