This is the piece I wrote for the Orgelpark in Amsterdam, it is for four organs spaced equally around the room with the audience sat in the middle.

Time Lapse

A tech piece created from samples taken around Birmingham. It is a sonic postcard and its called Paradise as many of the samples were taken in and around Paradise Forum. Parts also play on the Ironic name of the dull and dingy Paradise Forum.

Paradise

A piece for five voices and five bibles, first premiered on Resonance FM in a programme to promote Heiner Goebbels visit to Birmingham Conservatoire. Bible Geese Horn is an anagram of Heiner Goebbels. This is a live recording from Resonance FM.


Bible Geese Horn was written in response to a call for scores given by the creators of a radio programme on the topic of Heiner Gobbels and his influence; the title of this piece is in fact an anagram of Goebbels’ name.

This work was developed for Spectrum Singers as part of the Adopt a Composer scheme, funded by the PRS for Music Foundation and the Philip and Dorothy Green Music Trust, and run by Making Music, in partnership with Sound and Music and BBC Radio 3.
Recorded by BBC Radio 3 at Dyffryn House and Gardens July 8th 2017. 
Inspired by the life of Reginald Cory and his family who lived at Dyffryn.
