Holy smokers, what an insanely faithful cover (I've come to expect nothing less from you)! The synths in particular sound so familiar, and those high vocals are pretty damn impressive! Really excellent playing by all. Hey, here's a couple random bits of trivia for Toto and this song. I'm a huge Genesis fan, and there was a point when Phil Collins was very close to quitting at one point, and he was about to join Toto. So glad he stuck around. Also, you shold check out an a capela group called "Straight, No Chaser" (best there is, in my opinion). They have a hillarious rendition of 12 Days of Christmas, which ends in a full on transition to playing Africa.

killer version y'all! Very faithful to the original - this is a challenging one to nail down I'm sure.  Fantastic drums and percussion.  Vocals are great - love those harmonies.  Lukather is one of my fav guitarists and this is done so well.  Solid as a rock bass - everyone hittin on all cylinders in this one! AND it's a true international effort, love that.

This is the encore from the gig I did with Van Morrison.  Fife Aid, June '88 outside St Andrews in Scotland. After only 2 days rehearsal with a band I'd assembled the week before, we went on and did an unannounced bill-topping hour-long set. The band line-up, which included the cream of Edinburgh's music scene at the time included: Mark Forshaw (Hue & Cry) on drums, Neil & Graham Weir (tpt; tbn) from OMD; Liz MacEwan (bv's); Nick Robertson (alto sax); me (guitar) along with Neil Drinkwater (pno); Clive Culbertson (bass) and June Boyce (bv's) from Van's regular band.
