This is Draw The Line Radio Show with Jacki-E, presenting the best music from female producers and DJs.

Helping me Draw The Line this week, with her guest mix in the second hour, it’s Angie Alfarez, an amazing young techno DJ / Producer from Amsterdam who’s currently taking the scene by storm. Her style blurs the boundaries between traditional Techno, Trance and Hard Techno with choppy basslines, emotional melodies and powerful drums. She also hosts a weekly radio show called “Angie Alfarez presents Friday Techno Radio” on Beats2dance. Her latest track “The Sound of the Underground” was released by Ballistic Records just two weeks ago.

The guest mix in the second hour is by Perch from Lausanne in Switzerland. He’s a member of the DJ Collective Fast and Technous. He describes his style as mental and hypnotic techno. In his mix he’s played some tracks with additional ambient and drone elements to add texture and complexity.

In late 2020, she learnt to DJ and developed an affinity for hard-hitting techno beats, melodic techno compositions with invigorating vocals, and an indispensable love for Psychedelic Trance. Since her debut, she’s embarked on a nationwide tour throughout Germany and is now expanding her horizons to international venues. She established her own collective, "Abrisskommando," in 2023, which comprises event organizers, DJs, festival/event decoration artists, dancers, and various other creative minds. She’s dedicated to delivering electrifying performances that resonate with audiences worldwide.
