Gifta is a French Drum and Bass DJ and aspiring producer based in London. In terms of Dnb style, Gifta likes all subgenres of Dnb but when it comes to playing herself, she prefers to go for the darker side. She incorporates elements of minimal, heavier rollers and Techy neuro into her mixes and sets. 

Additionally, she also founded her own record label: Phase Records in the summer of 2020 with the aim to nurture and grow new talent in the scene and create a safe space for her artists. 

As a queer artist, it is important to feel at home in the scene and be able to truly feel like you can be yourself, however that may be. One of the reasons Gifta founded Phase was to allow all people with talent and a genuine passion for the music, to do just that. Having played at the London Unorthodox event back in October, she was inspired to see that same vision played out fully in a rave setting.
