You get that phone call and you go into automatic reaction. You rush to the hospital, and then the calm sets in. Roxanne Goodchild, a good childhood friend of mine ended up in a coma for 3 months. I wrote this during the emotional time where she went under and we could do nothing. Before leaving South Africa for my travels, I made sure to record it for her, and sat with her, now awake, speaking and learning to walk and held her hand while we listened to it.

To anyone who's had someone or has someone in a coma or in the ICU, I hope this eases the pain.

Do you remember that moment... that one when you were like 'ah eff... this is what my parents were warning me about; THIS IS BEING AN ADULT; TAKE IT BACK.' This song is about that time, growing up and doing it together.

This little EP I wrote in my transition from student to vague adulthood (or something like that). It holds heartbreak, whisky and espionage (ok not the last bit).
