The track is a distinctive blend of 70’s Electronica, Gospel and Hip Hop, and tells the story of realising contentment with your own sense of self rather than from materialistic things that may make you feel like you belong. 

Front man MC Bizz preaches a poignant message, backed by a chorus chant of second Royalty MC and Vocalist Hyina and featured guest vocalist Thando. An accomplished singer in her own right, Thando recently released the single, N.U.M.B. for her solo project, featuring REMI.

Unnatural Selection is the sophomore album release from Melbourne based collective Royalty Noise. The album boasts a mix of progressive Hip Hop, Ethio-jazz modes, spoken word and electronica, sweetened with Pacifica harmonies from the shores of Aotearoa and Samoa. 

The album features guest performances by Thando, 1/6, Matt Kelly, Nhatty Man, Rayjah45, Jacky T and Jessie Giles.

Royalty Noise is a band based in Melbourne, Australia, founded by Ethiopian-Australian MC and Producer, Mikiyas Alemu (Bizz).
Set to a soundscape fusing Vintage Electronica, Jazz-R&B and dexterous rhythms, are lyrics which are both off-beat and poetic, to create a truly progressive Hip Hop sound.

After earning a reputation for impressive improvisation sets in Melbourne’s Hip Hop scene, Royalty Noise released their debut album “Daily Rituals” in 2014 and follow up EP “Common Ground” in 2016.

Their latest album Unnatural Selection was released on 20th August 2019, featuring guest artists, Thando, Rajah 45, 1/6 and Nhatty Man.
