Based in Jerusalem, Roy Rosenfeld started producing in 2008 and has since caused waves in the house and techno scenes by continuously thinking outside of the box, a trait noticeable in his creative and original releases seen on labels such as: Definitive Recordings, Form Music, Mistakes Music, 1605 and of course his own imprint Rusted Records. Furthermore the producer has won multiple remix competitions hosted by the likes of Cr2 Records and Kindergarten which has in turn lead to him remixing the likes of Chris Lake, John Acquaviva, Lutzenkirchen and Tube & Berger. 
‘Fields’ opens with a euphoric intro before leading into rich harmonies and warm chords that soothe the ears, meanwhile embellishments of guitar add that organic element increasingly associated with the Kittball imprint. The ‘Mellow Mix’ opens with reverberating electro-inspired chords until subtle percussion, various pops and funky bleeps progress the track into an uplifting crescendo that soon drops into a trembling bassline. To conclude the release, ‘Fields Bath’ opens much like the title track only the chords are pitched down and sullen making for a downtempo alternative.

You know when a Henry Saiz record is due because it’s invariably the centre of a twitter-tube-book trainspotting furore already. True to form, ‘The Rider EP’ arrives with a good deal of excited dust in its wake…

Having set message boards and blogs ablaze, the lead track that lends its name to the overall EP, ‘The Rider’ is Saiz at his very best. “It has a housier vibe to it and is a bit different in feel to what I’ve done before. I was amazed when people were able to blindly identify it as one of mine on Youtube.” However, whilst ‘The Rider’ does find Henry pushing certain aspects of his production, the key signatures remain (which probably goes some way toward explaining those accurate I.D.’s), not least one of the most memorable riffs you are likely to hear all year and his unquestionable ability to make the hairs on the back of the neck stand on end. Arguably his best original production to date, ‘The Rider’ looks set to entice an even larger legion of his ever-growing fans.

‘Unmei’ (Destiny in Japanese) takes things up a peg in terms of overall energy, yet retains Henry’s unique sounds, his incredible production technique utilized to devastating effect to create a genuine dancefloor killer. “’Unmei’ is definitely one for peak-time,” he elaborates, “I like the fact that it offers a different vibe to ‘The Rider’ but they share the same essence and sound. I tried to experiment with more analog and organic sounds than my last releases and I’m happy with the results. I’m coming round to the point where I am working on my first artist album so it feels good to offer a more diverse project.”

Lucky number thirteen on San Francisco's @Manjumasi comes from label co-founder Atish. Following hot on the heels of last year's solo debut "Peculiar Colors," Atish returns to the label in fine form with a trio of collaborations. Each named after an amphibian or reptilian creature, the three tracks showcase Atish's musical range.

First up is Bullfrog, produced together with fast-rising German talent @timengelhardt. A chunky percussive bass groove drifts over liquid smooth lily-pads, laying a foundation for the quirky, croaking synth riff that makes the track's heady hook. Second on the package is Chameleon, a collaboration with label co-founder @mcslee. This one is a driving melodic groover that oscillates between musical colors, with a light floating pad melody and slip-sliding glissando synth playing counterpoint to edgy stabs. Rounding out the package is Tortoise, a team effort with SF talent @bengalsf. Like the animal, this tune is slow-moving and wise, demonstrating strength through patience in the form of a groove that gently meanders and builds with rich detail.

Since 2009, Roy Rosenfeld has been sharpening his artistic skills in electronic music, effortlessly blending diverse styles and genres of House music. Each of his creations showcases the consistently unique and recognizable sound that defines Roy Rosenfeld.

Starting out as a beginner DJ, he began his career as a resident DJ in a dance bar. He later expanded his reach, performing at larger venues like festivals and underground clubs in major cities. His passion for music and musical abilities quickly earned him recognition and a dedicated global following.

Roy Rosenfeld has established a successful music career by collaborating with several leading record labels in the House music industry. He has released tracks on "All Day I Dream" by Lee Burridge, including "Lift of Love”, "Honey”, "Rumbala”, and "Simi”, to name a few. He has also published his music on Guy J’s "Lost & Found" Records, where one can find "Phase" and "Force Major" EPs, among others. In addition, Roy has released well-known musical works under Guy Gerber's imprint "Rumors," including the track "No Drama" and a remix to “Rainchecks In Montreal” by the label boss. His back catalog includes music on Sebastien Leger's label "Lost Miracle," such as “Toco/Sanga Dance”, “Milongi”, "Hypnosa De La Rosa" and "Tuti" EPs, which feature collaborations with Sebastien himself, including the tracks "Creme" and "Cherry On Top," both have become instant classics.

Throughout his career, Roy has created several iconic works, including “Epika”, a collaboration with Guy Mantzur, released on the legendary “Kompakt” Records and regarded as one of the greatest anthems of 2015. "The Biggest Heart," released on Lee Burridge's label "TRYBESof" in 2019, took some dance floors by storm, capturing hearts globally, and became a standout anthem of that year's “Burning Man”. To kick off 2023 with a bang, Roy released "Kala" on the highly regarded label "VOD." The track received immediate support from major industry figures like Solomun, Keinemusik, and Adriatique and quickly climbed to the top of Beatport's charts, receiving worldwide recognition and airplay.

Having many top hits in the sales charts, winning contests and awards, and collaborating with some of the most respected artists, had all gained Roy massive recognition and support from major superstars, such as Solomun, Black Coffee, Dixon, Keinemusik, Lee Burridge, Guy Gerber, Maceo Plex, Richie Hawtin, Laurent Garnier, Michael Mayer, Guy J, Hernan Cattaneo, John Digweed, Luciano, Stephan Bodzin, Joris Voorn and many others. The list even goes on to Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren, Deadmau5, and Groove Armada.

In addition to his production accomplishments, Roy successfully balances a hectic DJ schedule. In 2018, there was a global increase in demand for his unique sound, resulting in multiple participations in several “All Day I Dream"
events in Ibiza, Mykonos, and Dubai. This was followed by a huge interest in the US. He then performed at different massive festivals including Tomorrowland in Belgium, Zamna in Tulum, We Are Lost in Buenos Aires and Amsterdam, All Day I Dream in the US, Warm Up in London, Return to Rio in Sydney, Warung in Brazil, Marvellous Island in Paris, and more.

In early 2020 Roy started his new events production called “No Drama”, a small but highly successful dance-music event launched in Tel Aviv. Despite its modest size, the event attracts a dedicated crowd of music lovers and dance enthusiasts, who come together to enjoy a day & night of a musical journey. With a lineup of top local and international DJs, “No Drama” has quickly established itself as one of the hottest dance-music events in the city, known for its relaxed and fun atmosphere, great music, eye-catching decorations, and fantastic crowd.

Roy's fervor for music and unwavering ambition have established him as a distinguished figure in the music industry. He is constantly pushing the boundaries of house music and stirring the hearts of others with his unique sound. Whether he is commanding the stage at a packed venue or honing his skills in the studio, Roy remains steadfast in his dedication to his craft and bringing joy to others through his music.
