Before the Throne of Love

I kind of felt that a lot of christian songs I sing in church declare a love for God that will last a lifetime, which I guess is well meaning, but I know my heart well enough to acknowledge that I change too constantly to say that will be me. 'I want to stay true, but Lord I do change losing focus on you.' My conclusion when writing this song was that actually, grace is provided day by day, and that is all that is needed. God looks after us, if we place all our trust in his glorious love.

I am a christian, musician and teacher, and have over the past number of years have been writing songs about Jesus and faith. These songs aren't particularly useful for congregational singing, but they are passionate, honest and I hope they're a help for whoever listens. 

If you don't know Jesus for yourself, then I hope these songs challenge you to inquire and research into the claims of this incredible figure. He either rose from the dead or he didn't!
