Electronic Music Production (EMP) is established with one main aim - To bring everyone who is passionate about electronic music together.

Founded in 2003, EMP distinguishes itself from all other interest groups as members do not only acquire the skills of music production and DJ-ing but also learn how to produce and manage gigs of various scales.

EMP’s resume has been consistently impressive having worked with corporate partners such as Lenovo, Zouk and Pioneer DJ on events like Live Mix Maestro 2012-2014 and EMP's monthly Spin City parties via dedicated guidance by the group's advisors and members. EMP has also won accolades at various national level music competitions such as Heineken Thirst Studio DJ Competition and NorthEast Community Development Council, emerging as winners in these categories.

Over the years, EMP has constantly supported Republic Polytechnic's events such as Open House, Jam N Hop, Reflections as well as other external road shows and school parties. Its successful annual Halloween and monthly Spin City parties bears testimony to EMP's excellent organisational abilities.
