In 2020, I came out with The Workout Plan. It was a pandemic project that was meant to a) release pent up DJ energy and b) get me some new music to vibe out to during my workouts because what else was there to do at that time. I knew that at some point I wanted to make a second one!  Two years and a few vaccines and booster shots later, here we are.

A 10-minute warmup, followed up by a 50 minute workout with some high energy tracks, and a small cool-down at the end!
