theories is an audiovisual artist and music collector from Bogotá, Colombia based in Berlin, cofounder of Automagicalley. 
Fascinated for timeless music to add to her wide range of eclectic sounds, she looks for curious minds open to listen, and dance to her curated picks. 

For this session recorded in the middle of a journey to Bogotá, she prepared a playful mix of her favourite tracks at the moment, among some oldies, classics, and new releases, she delivers a transition from warm atmospheres, and leftfield unique sounds, to amen breaks, electro spacey grooves and, fun breakbeats. A mix for ending up dancing, always pleasant to listen.

For this week’s mix, we’re pleased to welcome back Desert Sound Colony for his second offering to the series. 

Within the two years since his last contribution, as a producer Desert Sound Colony’s seen a transition away from the more slow and psychedelic sounds of his previous releases; embracing a more club-leaning sound. Looking towards London and Leeds where he spent formative years in the burgeoning dubstep scene, small dark rooms and big sound systems stand as inspirations. 

This inspiration permeates through the releases on his label ‘Holding Hands’ which has gone from strength to strength, with a focus on “slammers, and slammers only”. Curating a roster of exciting producers as well as several excellent self-releases; new additions to the imprint are eagerly anticipated.

Within this stellar second mix for our series, this club-focus again seems evident, building to moments definitely destined for those ‘small dark rooms and big sound systems’.

Couldn't have imagined someone better to start off the new EstimuloShow Guest Mix series than the mystery man behind the UK's Spillway label, Kellon.

He's had a string of releases that just kept wowing us over the last two years, the first four going under his own Kellon project and the fifth that just came out recently opening up to other producers while keeping the typical Spillway profound techno vibe.
It's the same kind of soulful and personal tone that pervades his guest mix contribution, fusing classics and lesser know gems of (mostly 90s) deep house and detroit techno.
