Catch Your Breath : A deeper and slightly darker vibe for Boston, Catch Your Breath, lures you in with a summery but bluesy intro featuring Boston's skills on the guitar and keys. Dropping with heavy sub bass and a techy groove, this track keeps the deepness with breathy pumping bass and sound
textures, epic but refined this track exudes class and finesse.

For Grace : Musical and Jazzy vibes on this tune, more tasteful keys and guitar flavours with influences from bands such as Zero 7 and Air, For Grace floats through the air carried by sexy vocal and sax licks. Boston really showcases his harmonic and arranging skills with this tune, quality musicality whist retaining a crisp rolling DnB groove.

Kid Drama’s debut Metalheadz release is one that is set to shake up this 4-year-old alias as he heads in a direction that’s slightly more focused on the dancefloor, whilst managing to subtly retain some of the elements that have seen him become so loved in the deeper and more experimental side of drum and bass.

The ‘Trife EP’ proves how much of a talent Kid Drama is, from the savage bassline in ‘Brutal D’ to the late 90s techstep vibes of ‘Articulation’ all the way to ‘Payback’, which is a track that could have easily come out under his and Boddika’s Instra:mental moniker.

This is an extremely well-rounded project and one we’re delighted to be releasing on Metalheadz.

Launching in late 2018, Outlook Recordings rolls into 2019 with another massive release, this time from one of drum & bass biggest names and boss of Symmetry Records, Break. Widely regarded as one of the scenes finest producers and DJs, he is hugely respected by fellow producers and fans alike. Not content with sitting in just one genre, his Degrees Of Freedom project with Kyo spreads out across dub, house, garage and techno - which is showcased on this EP perfectly. 

"Excuses" has been creating hype on dubplate for over a year, with minimal percussion and strings making way for deep sonics and those trademark drums. Over on the flip things get eclectic with the deep dub of "For You" featuring Kyo's haunting vocals whilst "Take Your Time" flexes a 2-step vibe, perfect for the dancefloor. As a digital exclusive there are also 2 deep house tinged gems, "Monoxide" which slowly trickles into acid territory and the beautiful sun-soaked "Walk Away".
