Mr.Diamond discussed how the release came together, stating: “Dance with me EP is the result of testing my sound on more than three-hundred songs over the last two years. I like my sets to cover all spectrums of house music, so I took this approach when making the EP.” 

Dance With Me sets the tone, with jazz-fused horn string samples cosying up next to stripped-back kick-hat combos. It’s a signature peak-time offering that highlights the young talent at his best. Bongomastic takes on a darker edge, as murky drum loops converge on punchy late-night percussion. London Bass rounds off proceedings, a pacey minimal-laced number that you can’t help but move your feet to. 

Mr.Diamond has taken the electronic music scene by storm in recent times. His maiden release came in 2019 and he’s since gone on to produce for a selection of contemporary house’s leading labels, including Solid Grooves Raw, Saved Records, Seven Dials and many more besides. Dance With Me EP marks a career milestone, a testament to his keen-ear for production, and sets the tone for a bright future that will see him continue to rise up the global dance ranks.

The next release on Roush Label comes from Italian tag-team, Luigi Rocca and RUDE. Their 'Lagger Master' EP consists of three fresh original cuts, loaded with plenty of contemporary tech house flavours and geared perfectly for the dancefloor. The title track opens the show with blistering pace. Piercing drums and sharp hat rhythms are accompanied by a rough and groovy bassline, tied up nicely with offbeat percussion, vocal and synth injections. Expect big buildups with huge amounts of energy and hammering drops. 'Matto Grosso' follows up with a more deep tech feel, the kind of stuff that Luigi is well known for with his 303Lovers imprint. An essentially sophisticated number with lots of tasty low-frequency action driven throughout. Don't get too relaxed, though, as the transitions will sneak up on you out of nowhere with their unexpected extremities. Finally, 'The Switch' reverts back to uptempo tech, driven by its emphasis on percussion and groove. Heavyset kicks and a rumbling sub bounce the track along nicely, being supplemented by subtle melodic hits and a catchy vocal kook. Another track with a lot of personality, mostly attitude and grit, perfect for dark and loud club spaces! Luigi Rocca & Rude (IT) 'Lagger Master' EP is proudly presented by Roush Label.

Lorenzo De Blanck makes his debut on Nic Fanciulli’s Saved Records this month with his debut ‘White Havana’ EP. Lorenzo is no newcomer to the scene with past successes on labels including NONSTOP, Moon Harbour, Flashmob Records, Deeperfect and previous DJ support from A-Lister’s, Joseph Capriati, Nic Fanciulli, Jamie Jones, Matthias Tanzmann, Kölsch and many more! Lead track, ‘White Havana’ kicks things off, a crisp and energetic cut featuring swinging claps, suspenseful synths and a playful rise and fall bassline. ‘Password Incorrect’ brings laid back House drums with crisply mixed percussion, looped vocals and a pulsating low-end which underpins a series of hypnotic synth hooks that grow with subtle melodic hints. Rounding things off is ‘Fun’, another smooth groover with percolating rhythms, an infectious bassline, robust snares and chopped vox samples, forming a production destined to inject life into any situation.
