This is a new format that’s been sitting on my heart for a while now, and I feel relieved that it’s finally out in the world.

In this latest mix, I share what I’ve been navigating as I let go of old patterns and explore what it means to come back home to myself. It almost feels like a phone call to my past and future self — an audio entry of where I’m at right now.

The reflection is followed by a mix that holds all of those feelings — grief, tenderness, and quiet clarity. I feel like certain lyrics in each song land like affirmations or realizations...at least for me. Enjoy.
