PUPA likes to experiment with different styles of electronic music, exploring each form of sound and tracks, carefully threading a joint journey for all of his listeners. You'll experience far away lands with different and exciting directions as well as rediscover genres that are close to your heart and mind. Dive in PUPA's set and you'll be floating in the sea of minimal & deep tech waves and enchanting pulses of trippy dark tunes. PUPA (real name Kristaps Daņiļevičs) likes to both participate and be part of the DJ scene. If Riga's nightlife is not a stranger to you, you have probably heard him in some of the local bars and clubs, as well as festivals - Teritorija, OneOne, Autentika, Playground festival, and LMA Carnival, to name a few. His side project now is organizing a series of Basa Kāja events, as well as organizing a series of private events called “Filter”.

Bio:
PUPA (real name Kristaps Danilevich).Started my DJ career in 2014.
I like to experiment with different styles of electronic music, the goal of each set is to take the listeners on a joint journey, which can take them in different directions and genres. The greatest emphasis is placed on the minimal / deep tech genre. I really like to organize interesting events, private events and also participate in events created by others. PUPA can be heard in Riga bars / clubs and also at festivals

Deep Electronics # 351 - Pupa

"The Drifter" is Mark Flynn, an Irish producer, dj and singer. He released his first solo work, the 'Lovers' EP, on Permanent Vacation in late 2012.
His own vocals on the EP caught the attention of some of his peers, resulting in him recording vocals for Good Guy Mikesh & Filburt, Jacob Korn, Slow Hands, Erdbeerschnitzel and Baikal. He runs the record label Maeve together with two of his close friends, Mano Le Tough and Baikal. All three share a similar passion for deep emotive music. The label has quickly become one to watch, releasing music from Baikal, and remixes from Ripperton and Dixon. 

It seems like 2014 is shaping up to be a big year for The Drifter, so we have pleasure in submitting the following podcast of the The Drifter. Cheers!

Stan Stasenko aka Stan Soul is the founder and owner of Teol & Tevol (Vinyl Only) labels. The project Stan Soul was founded in 2015 and that was the beginning of Stan’s music production career, his sound is best described as atmospheric deep dub techno & minimal. In the past year and a half since the project was founded Stan’s mixes were featured in top podcasts series in their genre such as: MOSHItaka, Deep Afterhour, Hello Strange, Deep Thinking, MixCult, IAS...and many others. Hailing from Ukraine’s Kiev Stan’s current residence is in Tel Aviv, and in the past years he was invited to play in the best clubs the city has to offer such as The Block, Breakfast, Bootleg, Kuli Alma, Sputnik only to name a few, as well as Moscow’s deepmusic.fm festival and Ukrainian club Port. Tevol’s ﬁrst vinyl only releases “COBA”, "Strix" and Sofar EP were released during last 2 years and immediately received great support, while only in the ﬁrst few days the release was occupying top positions on decks.de in various categories. This year should be released several releases on different vinyl labels including EP with Pheek and solo EP.

Tom is yet another DJ that I have been a long time admirer of , especially his numerous mixes on the wonderful Mixotic label which was one of the reasons I got into Deep and Dub Techno in the first place.
He is never far away from a release on a big label so it’s no surprise that the mix he sent in here is real quality, and features his usual trademark deep , warm and melodic sound and grooves.

Tom was born on October 24, 1979 in Sonneberg. At the age of 16 he discovered his love for electronic music. At that time he was inspired by music sets of Richie Hawtin, Karotte and many other artists.He also had a big interest in spinning records.
Tom began to create Mixes... He put on records in many reputable locations in his homeland and at numerous radio stations like Sputnik Radio for example. He convinced lots of parties with his ingenious DJ Skills and also wants to convince you. For Tom electronic music is just timeless.
