Rua Sound/Foxy Jangle is incredibly proud to present a remastered release of Bones & Natty’s 1995 classic double A-side smasher – “Pow/Thunder”.

Originally slated for release on 24 Karat back in the day , this monstrous 12” alas never made it past the white label promo stage, leading it to becoming one of the most sought-after Jungle plates of the modern era.

Lovingly remastered by Bob Macc at Subvert Central, with hand-stamped artwork by Dublin artist CISTO and pressed at Record Industry, this vinyl-only release is most definitely not to be slept on!

“Supa” opens the EP with ravey sound combined with classic jungle breaks into a compelling track, “Pump Dat Rave Up” gives the name to the EP and starts with a footwork-jungle mood bringing full energy to the listener, the sounds evolve and keep on grooving all along the track, “U Got Me” makes great use of classic vocal samples and combines them with big basses, rave stabs and freshly programmed drums and breaks, while “Clappah” will make you clap your hands at 170 bpm following its enormous low end basses.
Sam AKA Samurai Breaks is a UK based Producer and DJ fusing together influences of Rave, Footwork, Jungle, Bassline, Grime and Acid into a unique high energy workout. His music has been played on BBC Radio 1, Rinse FM and Noisia Radio and released on Off Me Nut Records, The Dreamers, Halogen Music, Worst Behaviour and Trax Haven.
