DREADSQUAD

Dreadsquad are a Polish production duo formed in 2001.
They have cooperated with the cream of the Polish reggae and hip hop scene as well as many European and Jamaican reggae artists (e.g. Ward 21, Tenor Fly, Top Cat, General Levy, U Brown, Milion Stylez, Lady Chann, Tipa Irie, Jah Mason, Perfect & Dr Ring Ding)

Their songs and gigs are the fusion of reggae, dancehall, ska, rocksteady and hip-hop. The duo freely mixes genres, plays with sounds and bases their music on deep bass and broken rhythm. They often combine Jamaican music with modern sounds of Breakbeat, Jungle, Dubstep and Garage.

Max RubaDub is truly unique. Like no one else, he mixes danceable beats with fresh vocals - whether it is mash up, dancehall, reggae or hip-hop - focussing on groovy music that keep your dancing feet moving; always surrounded by the Jamaican vibe. He plays what he likes and whatever makes the party going crazy; also new genres such as moombahton or even dubstep.

Having gained a lot of experience, Max knows exactly how to crank up the party and how to excite the party crowd anywhere. But this DJ is also an entertainer: with his hot sets, he is a welcome guest in the clubs and one of the most booked selectors in Switzerland.

He started his career as a member of the well-known Riot Soundsystem, with which he travelled all-over Switzerland and its neighbouring countries. But also as a solo DJ he managed to gain publicity by creating internationally acclaimed remixes for names as Chali 2na or Cypress Hill and by releasing mixtape series.

Meanwhile, the name Max RubaDub stands for quality. A further project is the SoundMax-Studio, in which he is experimenting and working on his latest remixes, is recording different artists or is refining his newest productions. Der rote Faden ist der jamaikanische Vibe. Dabei macht Max auch vor Stilarten wie Moombahton oder Dubstep nicht Halt. Gespielt wird was gefällt – und abgeht!

Max RubaDub gelingt es dank seiner langjährigen Erfahrung, die Party zur rocken, welche diesen Namen auch verdient und die TänzerInnen landauf und -ab zu begeistern.
