With ‘Storm Chaser’ – their first single post the release of the ‘Wake Your Mind’ album - still raising big room temperatures globally, EDM cosmonauts Nic Chagall and Bossi are poised to send the Fahrenheit flying again. Making its first appearance on their Trance Nation mix-comp album in 2012, ‘Crushed’ quickly became a set-request standing order for crowds at C.G. gigs. Now, with its anthem credentials already well advanced, its long awaited official release is close at hand…

Beating the remix path for the track, Comic Gate have passed ‘Crushed’s keys to underground Dutch heroes Mark Sixma and Rafaël Frost.

Premiered by Armin on ASOT of June 20th, Sixma super-charges his rework with striking rimshot percussion, festival-revving EDM FX and some seismic bass and drums. The Tilburg-based producer masterfully sets up ‘Crushed’ harmonic/euphoric interchange with some crowd-flaming modulation lines, pulling off a dazzling, head-spin top-of-the-drop moment.

Rafaël Frost crushes in both harmonic shades and electro aspects to the frontend of his version. He builds the boom-factor with big concussive tech-trance sequences; allows the pitch wheel to climb high-rise high, and with a final flourish serves ‘Crushed’s big stabbed anthemic mainline.

Hello dear friends,
We decided to create a dj booth in Vince's living room to record a atmospheric live dj set. We both fell in love with the organic and deep house sound a while ago and there is no better way to show our love for this genre by playing tracks that we both really like. So we selected some of our favorite tracks together with a few nice cold beers to have some fun while playing and mixing these fantastic tracks. Walking the fine line of trance, house and progressive, we find Dutch DJ and producer Ruben de Ronde right in the middle of all things. No borders can stop this talent from touching the very edge of different styles, from the trancy ‘Forever In Our Hearts’ to the deeper, arousing progressive ‘Grands Boulevards’ and big room tech-track ‘Stoer’.

Since 2005, he’s poured out his sounds straight from his own label, ‘Statement’, as well as working extensively with Armada Music. A slew of remixes have made his name rise amongst the A-class, with his interpretation on works by Cosmic Gate, Way Out West, Push, Aly & Fila, W&W, Sean Tyas and many more. In 2008, his first solo-production, ‘Republique’, became a Top 20 hit in the Beatport chart and got the ‘Captivating’ stamp by the renowned DJ Mag. Ever since, he’s had no time to look back and faces the future with the release of ‘Noir’, ‘Natural’ and the most recent single with Robert Nickson ‘Superlative’ on Armin van Buuren’s label ’A State of Trance’.
The ongoing support for his productions include a fan base going by the name of Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, Tiësto, Cosmic Gate, Markus Schulz, Judge Jules, Fedde LeGrand and Roger Sanchez alike.
